Refund Policy for Expert Travel Guide

At Expert Travel Guide, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund policy to address cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation Policy:

• Booking Amount: The initial booking amount is non-refundable.
• Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made via email. Please reply to the payment receipt email received at the time of booking to initiate a cancellation. Cancellations will not be accepted over phone calls or WhatsApp messages.

Refund Structure:

• For cancellations made:
  • More than 30 days before the trip start date: Eligible for a full refund, minus the non-refundable booking amount.
  • Between 29 to 21 days before the trip start date: Eligible for a refund of 75% of the total trip amount.
  • Between 20 to 15 days before the trip start date: Eligible for a refund of 50% of the total trip amount.
  • Less than 14 days before the trip start date: No refund will be provided.

Important Considerations:

• Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of government orders, severe weather conditions, protests, landslides, or other unforeseen events, we will endeavor to provide the best possible alternative plans or trips. However, no refunds will be issued for such cancellations.
• Trip Cancellation Due to Natural Calamities: If a trip is canceled at the last moment due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh), Expert Travel Guide will issue a travel voucher for the full amount paid. This voucher can be redeemed for the same or another trip within 365 days from the original trip departure date.
• Incomplete Trips: If a trip cannot be completed due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be provided.
• Additional Expenses: Any extra expenses arising due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the customer. Expert Travel Guide will not be liable for such expenses.
• Peak Season Variations: Cancellation policies may differ during peak seasons and for popular destinations. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Payment Policy:

To confirm your booking, please adhere to the following payment schedule:

• Booking Amount: 50% of the total trip cost is required to secure your reservation.
• Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the trip departure date, according to the following schedule:
  • More than 30 days before departure: Full payment is optional.
  • Between 29 to 21 days before departure: 75% payment is compulsory.
  • Between 20 to 15 days before departure: 100% payment is compulsory.
  • If any refunds are approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days
