Christmas – New Year – Spiti 4X4 Package

• The group will assemble at the pick-up point by 10:00 PM.
• We’ll meet the team captains and a small tour briefing session will be conducted.
• Afterward, we’ll head out on an overnight journey to Shimla.

Note: The pickup point will be Majnu Ka Tila. 

• Upon our arrival in Shimla, We’ll switch our transportation from bus to 4×4 wheeler and will head out for Narkanda.
• Traversing the snow-covered roads, we’ll reach Narkanda by afternoon where we’ll check into our designated hotel.
• Afterward, we’ll visit Hatu Peak which is the highest peak in the region, and visit Narkanda Temple to pay our respects.
• In the evening, we will celebrate Christmas with DJ, Food, Cake, a Bonfire, and more. Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Narkanda.

• After early morning breakfast we’ll head towards Sangla valley.
• Upon our arrival in Sangla, we’ll check into our hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
• Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Sangla.

• After early morning breakfast, we’ll head towards Kalpa which is known for its 3000-year-old monastery and apple orchards.
• En route, we’ll visit Chitkul which is the last village on the Indo-Tibet border.
• We’ll also traverse through Reckong Peo town where you’ll catch a glimpse of the breathtaking Kinnaur Kailash Peak.
• We will also visit Kamru Fort en route to Kalpa if time permits.
• Upon reaching Kalpa, we’ll check in at our hotel. Afterward, we’ll go for a sightseeing tour where we’ll visit the Kalpa monastery and the iconic suicide point. 
• Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in Kalpa.

Note: The visit to Chitkul is subject to weather conditions. 

• After early morning breakfast, we’ll head towards Tabo which is a small village nestled on the banks of the Spiti river.
• En route, we’ll be making a pit stop at Khab which is the confluence of the Sutlej and Spiti rivers.
• We’ll also visit the pristine Nako Lake and Nako Monastery which is dated to the year 1025.
• Upon arrival in Tabo, we’ll check into our homestay. Dinner will be served followed by an overnight stay in Tabo.

• Post breakfast, we’ll start our journey towards the headquarters of Spiti, i.e Kaza.
• En route, we’ll make a pitstop at the 1021-year-old Tabo Monastery.
• We’ll reach Kaza before dusk falls and check into our designated homestay. The rest of the day is at leisure but the travelers are advised to explore the town.
• Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Kaza.

• Post breakfast, we’ll head out for a sight seeing tour where we will visit the Key Monastery which is the largest gompa in Spiti. Afterward, we’ll visit Chicham Bridge which is Asia’s Highest Bridge.
• We’ll also visit Hikkim which is the highest post office in the world as well as Komic which is the highest village in the world connected by a motorable road.
• Last but not the least, we’ll visit Langza where the iconic Buddha statue is situated.
• In the evening, we’ll head back to our designated stays. Dinner will be served followed by an overnight stay in Kaza.

Note: The visit to Hikkim, Komic, and Langza is subjected to weather conditions.

• After early morning breakfast, we will check out of our designated stays and head back to Kalpa.
• We’d be traversing through some picturesque views which would make this long drive extremely rewarding.
• In the evening, we will go back to our hotel where we’ll be indulging in New Year celebrations with Groovy DJ, Delicious Snacks, a bonfire (Depending on Weather), and Cake. Dinner followed by Overnight stay in Kalpa.

• After early morning breakfast, we will start our return journey to Shimla.
• Upon reaching Shimla, we’ll board an overnight bus for Delhi.

• We’ll reach Delhi early in the morning. The group will part ways with fond memories of the trip.
• End of Spiti 4×4 Winter expedition.
